Ingredients
- 350g cod fillets
- 4 Small Onions
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 Tbl spoons Ginger Garlic paste
- 1 Tbl spoons Garam Masala
- 2 Tbl spoons of oil
- 1 Tbl spoon red chilli powder
- 3 medium Tomatoes
- Pinch of Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves
Preparation
1) Wash and cut cod fillets into large cubes2) Marinate fish cubes with 1Tbl spoons Ginger Garlic paste, 1 Tbl spoon red chilli powder, 1 Tbl spoon red chilli powder, Pinch of Turmeric powder and salt for 10 miutes
3) Cut 4 onions, 3 medium tomatoes and 2 green chillis very finely
Cooking process
1) In a pan heat 2 Tbl spoons of oil and fry onions and chillis for 2 minutes2) Add cut tomatoes and fry for 2 more minutes
3) Add marinated fish pieces to the pan and carefully stirr with out breaking the pieces
4) Add Garam masala and cook for 10 minutes and garnish with corriander
5) Serve with rice
